Pet Policy
Max 2 Allowed | Weight limit of 75 lbs per pet | One-time non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 for one pet, $500 for two pets.
Monthly Pet Rent $20 per month per pet.
Breed Restrictions Apply: No aggressive breeds allowed, but are not limited to: Cane Corso, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pitbull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Shar Pei, Siberian Husky, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids and any mix of these breeds.
Resident needs to provide the following: Picture and vet records, Support or Service documentation if applicable.
We have a Pet Park and Pet Waste Stations.
